About Fresh Talk Blog


Every day before service, the staff sits down together to discuss new additions to the menu and changes to the wine list. This meeting is called Fresh Talk, and it's a chance for everyone to familiarize themselves with developments and changes throughout the restaurant. 

This blog is an opportunity for you to join our huddle and learn about our freshest ingredients, additions to the wine and spirits list, our sources and suppliers, and news about special (and sometimes secret!) events. Welcome to our Altura family!
